You can now use the NHS App or the practice website to contact the surgery about non-emergency needs.

This service is for non-emergency requests. If you require immediate medical attention contact 999 or 111.

By using this service, you can contact your surgery about non-urgent matters, for example:

  • Request a doctors letter
  • Request a fit (sick) note
  • Ask a question about a referral
  • Request a repeat prescription
  • Ask for test results
  • Or any other admin queries
